Every major insurance company has a claims management system, and they all share certain common characteristics because they all serve the same business function. The descriptions on this platform draw on those common characteristics. If a description sounds like it could be describing a system at Company X, that is because Company X almost certainly built their system around the same fundamental business requirements that everyone else in the industry built theirs around — not because we had inside access to Company X.
